For those of you who can’t stand to eat veggies, you might want to try drinking them. Or maybe you love veggies and are trying to find different ways to eat more, this is the smoothie for you. Combine in a blender the following ingredients: coconut milk, banana, frozen mango and pineapple chunks, a large handful of spinach, and one small zucchini (tip: zucchini is flavorless in smoothies, it takes on the other flavors). You can also use almond milk instead of coconut milk.
